While one patient expressed satisfaction with their experience, highlighting aspects such as effective communication, attentiveness, and the friendliness of the staff, another review raised serious concerns about fraudulent charges related to the practice, indicating a potential issue with billing practices. Common themes in praise include Dr. Bassett's ability to listen to patients, answer questions thoroughly, and explain medical conditions clearly. Patients appreciated that their appointments felt unhurried, allowing for a more comprehensive discussion of their health concerns. The friendliness of the staff also received positive mentions, contributing to a welcoming environment.
