Patients frequently commend her for her thorough explanations of conditions and treatments, as well as her willingness to take time to answer questions and provide necessary follow-up care. However, there are notable criticisms regarding the office environment and staff interactions. Patients have reported issues with office cleanliness, staff courtesy, and scheduling flexibility, with ratings of 2.0 or lower in these areas. These concerns suggest that while Dr. Troise's medical expertise is well-regarded, the administrative aspects of her practice may require improvement to enhance the overall patient experience.
