Dr. Charles Kelly, MD, an orthopedic surgeon in Omaha, Nebraska, has received a mixed to negative overall sentiment from patients, reflected in a low average rating of 2 out of 5 stars based on 36 reviews. Many patients express dissatisfaction with various aspects of their experience, indicating a lack of confidence in his ability to answer questions, provide clear instructions, and follow up on care. The general feedback suggests that patients feel their concerns are not adequately addressed, leading to a perception of poor communication and care. On the positive side, some patients appreciate Dr. Kelly's expertise in orthopedic surgery, particularly in treating conditions related to the muscles, bones, and joints. However, these praises are overshadowed by the recurring criticisms regarding his bedside manner and the amount of time he spends with patients during appointments. Many reviews highlight a feeling of being rushed and a lack of personal interaction, which contributes to the overall dissatisfaction with his practice. In summary, potential patients considering Dr. Kelly should weigh his experience and expertise against the significant concerns raised by previous patients regarding communication and care quality. It may be beneficial for prospective patients to seek further information or consider alternative orthopedic specialists in the area.
