Dr. David Goodman, MD, a reconstructive orthopedic surgeon based in McDonough, GA, has garnered a strong overall patient sentiment, reflected in his impressive 4.8-star rating from 47 reviews. Many patients commend his ability to explain conditions clearly, his attentive listening skills, and the respectful manner in which he treats them. The friendliness of his staff and the efficiency of appointment scheduling are also frequently highlighted as positive aspects of the patient experience. However, there are some criticisms noted in the reviews. A few patients reported long wait times, often exceeding 45 minutes, which detracted from their overall experience. Additionally, there are isolated accounts of dissatisfaction regarding specific surgical outcomes, with one patient mentioning complications from a hip replacement and a perceived lack of alternative treatment options being discussed. Despite these criticisms, the majority of reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with many patients expressing a high likelihood of recommending Dr. Goodman to others. Overall, prospective patients can expect a knowledgeable and caring physician, though they may want to prepare for potential wait times in the office.
