US News
Dr. Diane Yahn, MD, an internist in Missoula, MT, has received a mixed overall patient sentiment with a 3.3-star rating based on 10 reviews. While some patients express satisfaction with her care, noting her practical and empathetic approach, others have voiced concerns about various aspects of their experience. Common themes in praise include Dr. Yahn's friendly demeanor, effective communication, and the attentive nature of her staff. Patients appreciate her ability to listen and answer questions, as well as the comfortable office environment and reasonable wait times. However, criticisms often revolve around perceived shortcomings in thoroughness during examinations and the clarity of her follow-up instructions. Some patients also felt that the amount of time spent with them during appointments was insufficient, leading to a fair rating in areas such as follow-up care and perceived outcomes. Notably, while many patients trust Dr. Yahn's decisions and express a willingness to recommend her, the significant percentage of 1-star reviews indicates that there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding the depth of care and communication.
