Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Drew Miller is predominantly positive, with a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on 14 reviews. Many patients express high satisfaction with their surgical outcomes, particularly for shoulder-related procedures, and appreciate Dr. Miller's expertise and caring demeanor. Notably, 86% of reviews are five-star ratings, highlighting his effectiveness as a surgeon and his ability to alleviate pain post-surgery. Common themes in praise include Dr. Miller's excellent bedside manner, thorough explanations of procedures, and the successful results of surgeries, particularly shoulder replacements and rotator cuff repairs. Patients frequently mention the minimal pain experienced post-surgery and the supportive nature of his staff, which contributes to a positive overall experience. However, there is a significant criticism noted in one review, where a patient accused Dr. Miller of racial insensitivity, claiming he did not give them a fair opportunity as a patient. This review contrasts sharply with the overwhelmingly positive feedback from others, indicating a mixed experience for some. Overall, potential patients may find Dr. Miller to be a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon, but they should also consider the concerns raised regarding patient interactions.
