Common themes in praise include Dr. Mitias's surgical expertise, with patients noting successful procedures and quick recoveries. One reviewer highlighted a smooth experience during a scope procedure, emphasizing that they were able to walk the next day and return to running shortly after. Additionally, patients appreciated the supportive staff and the overall team environment at his practice. Conversely, criticisms focus on perceived unprofessionalism and poor communication. One patient recounted a troubling experience involving a family member's injury, where Dr. Mitias only provided a phone consultation and failed to see the patient in person, leading to frustration over the lack of timely care.
