He holds a rating of 3.5 out of 5, with 29% of patients giving him five stars and 20% providing one star. While some patients praise his expertise and bedside manner, others report negative experiences, highlighting issues with staff interactions and perceived lack of attentiveness. Patients appreciate his willingness to engage with them and his follow-up care, with some noting that he has been a trusted physician for many years. Conversely, criticisms often focus on long wait times, perceived rudeness, and a lack of thoroughness in addressing patient concerns. Some patients describe feeling dismissed or unvalued during their visits, which has led to a loss of trust in his care. Notable specifics mentioned repeatedly include the contrast between Dr. Zaltz's medical expertise and the experiences of patients who felt their concerns were not adequately addressed.
