Dr. Jean Letts, MD, has received a mixed overall sentiment from patients, reflected in her average rating of 3.4 out of 5 stars based on 21 reviews. While a majority of patients (57%) rated her as a 5-star provider, a significant portion (33%) rated her with just 1 star, indicating a divide in patient experiences. Common themes in praise include the friendliness of the staff and good communication, which patients appreciated during their visits. Many noted that the office staff contributed positively to their experience, and some found Dr. Letts to be approachable and communicative. However, criticisms often centered around her perceived lack of attentiveness, with several patients expressing that they felt she did not listen to their concerns or adequately address their questions. This disconnect may lead to frustration for those seeking a more engaged and responsive interaction. Overall, potential patients considering Dr. Letts should weigh the positive feedback regarding staff interactions and communication against the concerns about her listening skills and responsiveness to patient needs.
