Dr. Jeffrey Crook, MD, a cardiologist in Norman, Oklahoma, has received a generally positive reception from patients, with an overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars based on 29 reviews. Many patients appreciate his expertise in cardiology, particularly in treating conditions such as hypertension and coronary artery disease. Reviewers frequently commend his friendly demeanor and caring attitude, noting that he takes the time to explain conditions and treatments clearly. The staff at his practice is also mentioned positively, contributing to a welcoming environment. However, there are some mixed sentiments regarding specific aspects of patient care. While many patients feel satisfied with the thoroughness of examinations and perceived treatment outcomes, they express concerns about the amount of time Dr. Crook spends with them during appointments and the follow-up care provided. The patient loyalty rating is notably lower at 2 out of 5, indicating that some patients may be hesitant to recommend him or return for future visits. Overall, potential patients might find Dr. Crook's expertise and bedside manner appealing, but they should consider the mixed feedback regarding appointment duration and follow-up care when deciding whether to schedule an appointment.
