Overall, patient sentiment towards Dr. Jennifer Wiley, DO, is mixed. While she has received positive feedback for her thoroughness and ability to explain conditions in an understandable manner, there are notable criticisms regarding her approach to prescribing medications, particularly concerning a urine test requirement for refills. Patients frequently praise Dr. Wiley for her caring demeanor and the time she takes to address their questions, indicating a strong bedside manner. One reviewer specifically highlighted her calming presence and thorough explanations, which contribute to a positive patient experience. However, a significant concern raised by another patient involved feelings of disrespect related to her prescribing practices, particularly for sleep medication, which has led to frustration and a sense of mistrust. In summary, potential patients may find Dr. Wiley to be a compassionate and knowledgeable physician, but they should be aware of her cautious approach to medication management, which may involve additional requirements such as urine tests for certain prescriptions. This aspect could be a deciding factor for individuals seeking a more straightforward prescribing process.
