Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Julie Asari, MD, is mixed. While some patients appreciate her long-standing experience and approach to patient education, others express significant dissatisfaction with her care, particularly in urgent situations. Common themes in praise include Dr. Asari's extensive experience and her preference for empowering patients to manage their health rather than relying solely on medications. Patients have noted her commitment to teaching and her willingness to explain medical conditions and treatments, although her ratings in these areas are average. Conversely, criticism primarily revolves around perceived negligence and poor communication. One patient reported that Dr. Asari was dismissive and unresponsive to urgent requests for care, leading to distress for their family member. Issues with follow-up and difficulty in reaching the office for assistance were also highlighted. This feedback suggests that while Dr. Asari may have valuable expertise, potential patients should be aware of the possibility of inadequate support during critical times.
