Common themes in praise include Dr. Grossnickle's friendly bedside manner and his attentiveness during appointments. Patients appreciate that he takes the time to explain their conditions and treatment options, which contributes to a sense of care and concern for their well-being. However, criticisms often focus on difficulties in scheduling appointments, perceived rushed consultations, and inadequate follow-up care. Some patients feel that their questions were not sufficiently addressed, which has impacted their overall trust in his decisions.
