Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Matthew Zawilenski is mixed. While some patients express satisfaction with his services, particularly highlighting the convenience of his office and the availability of treatments like vitamin IVs, others report negative experiences, particularly regarding his bedside manner and communication style. Common themes in praise include excellent wait times, with many patients noting that they waited less than 30 minutes for appointments. Additionally, some reviews commend the office's efficiency and the range of services offered. However, criticism often centers around Dr. Zawilenski's perceived lack of empathy and attentiveness during consultations. Patients have mentioned feeling rushed during appointments, with limited time for questions or explanations about their conditions. Some reviews specifically note that he appears stoic and serious, which detracts from the overall patient experience. Notably, there are repeated mentions of dissatisfaction with the office staff, who some patients describe as unhelpful or unfriendly. This aspect, combined with concerns about Dr. Zawilenski's communication skills, suggests that prospective patients should consider these factors when deciding whether to seek care from him.
