Dr. Patrice Beliveau, MD, an orthopedic surgeon in London, KY, has received a mixed reception from patients, reflected in an overall rating of 2.8 out of 5 based on 28 reviews. While some patients express satisfaction with his expertise and surgical outcomes, a significant portion of reviews indicates dissatisfaction, particularly regarding communication and patient care. Positive feedback often highlights Dr. Beliveau's extensive experience, with many patients appreciating his competence in performing orthopedic procedures. His ability to explain medical conditions and treatment options clearly is also noted favorably. However, criticisms frequently center around long wait times, perceived lack of empathy, and inadequate communication from both Dr. Beliveau and his staff. Notably, a considerable number of patients expressed frustration with their overall experience, leading to a high percentage of one-star ratings. In summary, potential patients considering Dr. Beliveau should weigh his extensive experience and surgical skills against the mixed reviews regarding patient interaction and office management. Those who prioritize clear communication and a supportive environment may want to explore other options, while patients focused on surgical expertise might find his qualifications appealing.
