While many patients commend his expertise, particularly in knee and lower limb surgery, and appreciate his friendly staff and bedside manner, others express dissatisfaction with his communication and attentiveness during appointments. Common themes of praise include Dr. Sasaura's exceptional bedside manner, which helps ease patient anxiety, and his willingness to follow up after surgeries. Patients often mention feeling comfortable during pre-surgery consultations and appreciate timely follow-up calls. However, criticisms frequently highlight issues such as difficulty in scheduling appointments, a rushed feeling during consultations, and a perceived lack of thoroughness in explaining conditions and treatment options. Some patients have reported feeling dismissed or ignored post-surgery, which has led to concerns about the quality of follow-up care.
