Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Phillip Kraft is mixed. While some patients express satisfaction with his expertise and thoroughness, others report negative experiences, particularly regarding his communication and knowledge of specific conditions. Common themes in praise include Dr. Kraft's thorough examinations and follow-up care, with many patients noting that they felt well-informed about their treatment options. His experience in cardiology and interventional procedures is also highlighted positively, with some patients describing him as caring and efficient. On the other hand, criticism often centers around his perceived lack of attentiveness and communication skills. Several patients expressed frustration with his explanations of conditions and treatments, citing specific instances where he was unfamiliar with certain syndromes, which led to misdiagnoses and prolonged suffering. Additionally, there are complaints about the office environment, including cleanliness and staff courtesy, which detracted from the overall patient experience. Notably, the condition "Roemheld Syndrome" was mentioned multiple times as a significant oversight in his practice. In summary, potential patients may appreciate Dr. Kraft's clinical skills and thorough examinations but should be aware of possible communication issues and office experience concerns.
