Dr. Rajeswara Patcha, MD, a cardiologist in Huntington, New York, has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from patients, with an overall rating of 1.5 out of 5 based on a single review. The sentiment expressed is largely critical, particularly concerning the quality of care provided during a medical emergency. One patient reported a misdiagnosis of a heart attack, stating that after a lengthy wait of over three hours, Dr. Patcha spent only a few minutes with them before concluding that they were not experiencing a heart attack. This misdiagnosis led to a significant delay in receiving appropriate treatment, which ultimately resulted in an emergency angioplasty and the insertion of stents. Common themes in the criticism include poor punctuality, lack of thoroughness in patient evaluations, and inadequate communication. The patient felt neglected during their hospital stay, highlighting a lack of attention from both Dr. Patcha and the hospital staff. There are no positive themes or praises noted in the reviews, indicating a significant concern regarding the doctor’s bedside manner and overall patient care. Given this feedback, potential patients may want to consider these serious concerns before deciding to seek treatment from Dr. Patcha.
