Overall, patient sentiment towards Dr. Rebecca Wester, MD, is mixed. While some patients express high satisfaction with her care, others have raised concerns about aspects of her practice. Common themes in praise include Dr. Wester's compassionate bedside manner and her thorough approach to medication management, particularly in addressing issues of over-medication in elderly patients. Reviewers noted her kindness, especially towards anxious patients, and her ability to spend adequate time discussing treatment options. Additionally, her extensive experience in geriatric medicine and her willingness to review and adjust medication regimens were highlighted positively. On the other hand, criticisms primarily focus on the office staff's friendliness and the overall wait times, which some patients found to be excessive. There were also comments about a perceived lack of collaboration with other healthcare professionals, suggesting that her practice may not fully embrace a team-based approach to patient care. These mixed reviews indicate that while Dr. Wester is well-regarded for her medical expertise and patient interactions, potential patients should be prepared for possible delays and consider the office environment when making their decision.
