Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Robert Bassett, MD, is predominantly positive, with an average rating of 4 out of 5 based on 19 reviews. Patients frequently commend his thoroughness during examinations, noting a high level of satisfaction in this area (5/5). Many appreciate his friendly demeanor and caring attitude, which contributes to a supportive patient experience. Additionally, Dr. Bassett's extensive experience, having practiced for over 20 years and his educational background from Harvard Medical School, enhances patients' confidence in his expertise, particularly in treating conditions like rotator cuff injuries and neck pain. However, there are some mixed reviews concerning follow-up care and the amount of time spent with patients, both rated positively but not exceptionally (3/5). A notable concern among patients is the perceived lack of follow-up and responsiveness to concerns, which some feel could be improved. Furthermore, patient loyalty ratings are relatively low (2/5), indicating that while many patients appreciate his care, there may be hesitance in recommending him or returning for future visits. Overall, potential patients may find Dr. Bassett to be a knowledgeable and personable physician, but they should consider the mixed feedback on follow-up and continuity of care.
