Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Robert Davis, MD, is mixed. While he has received a high average rating of 4.90 stars from 20 reviews, there is a significant discrepancy with another rating showing only 2.8 stars based on 9 reviews. This suggests that while many patients are satisfied with his care, a notable number have had negative experiences. Common themes in praise include Dr. Davis's courteous and professional demeanor, as well as his thoroughness in examinations and explanations of medical procedures. Patients appreciate his ability to clearly communicate the pros and cons of treatments, and many have highlighted the excellent support from nursing and radiography staff. Additionally, the ease of scheduling appointments has been positively noted. On the criticism side, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction, leading to a lower overall rating in some reviews. Specific concerns were not detailed in the provided content, but the stark contrast in ratings indicates that some patients may have experienced issues that detracted from their overall satisfaction. Notably, the positive feedback about staff friendliness and the thoroughness of care stands out, suggesting that while Dr. Davis is well-regarded by many, potential patients may want to consider the mixed reviews when deciding whether to seek his services.
