Dr. Robert Jones, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with over 35 years of experience, has received a generally positive reception from patients, reflected in his 4-star rating based on 23 reviews. Many patients commend his expertise, particularly in knee and lower limb surgery, and appreciate his thoroughness and clear communication. His bedside manner is frequently highlighted, with patients noting that he takes the time to explain procedures and address concerns. Additionally, the staff at his practice is often mentioned positively, contributing to a supportive environment. However, there are some criticisms to consider. A notable percentage of reviews indicate issues with wait times and the perceived difficulty in scheduling appointments. Some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the level of attention given during consultations, feeling that their concerns were not fully addressed. This mixed feedback suggests that while Dr. Jones is skilled and knowledgeable, prospective patients may want to prepare for potential delays and ensure they advocate for their needs during visits. Overall, Dr. Jones appears to be a competent choice for orthopedic care, particularly for those seeking expertise in knee-related issues.
