Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Savyasachi Thakkar is mixed. While he has received a high overall patient experience rating of 5 out of 5 from a significant number of reviews, there are also some negative ratings that bring down his average. Specifically, he has a 3.4-star rating based on five reviews, with 60% of patients giving him a 5-star rating, but 40% rated him 1-star. Common themes in praise include Dr. Thakkar's professionalism and his ability to clearly explain medical conditions and treatment options to patients. Many reviewers noted that he takes the time to address their concerns and provides a supportive environment during consultations. Additionally, the staff at his practice received positive remarks for their professionalism and the overall office environment. On the criticism side, some patients expressed dissatisfaction with their experiences, leading to lower ratings. Specific details about the nature of these complaints were not highlighted in the reviews, but the disparity in ratings suggests that while many patients have had excellent experiences, others may have encountered issues that impacted their satisfaction.
