Approximately 38% of patients rated her with 5 stars, while 10% gave her the lowest rating of 1 star. This indicates a divided opinion regarding her care and practice. Common themes in praise include her ability to diagnose illnesses effectively and a sense of respect and attentiveness during appointments. Patients appreciated that she took the time to explain conditions and answer questions without rushing through visits. However, criticisms are significant, with multiple reviews highlighting concerns about her mental state, including erratic behavior and mood swings during consultations. Some patients reported that she tended to dominate conversations with personal anecdotes and financial issues rather than focusing on patient care. Additionally, there were complaints about her stance on COVID-19 vaccinations, which some found alarming. Notably, while Dr. Angelo has a long history of practice and some patients express trust in her medical decisions, the issues surrounding her professionalism and communication style may be a concern for potential new patients.
