Overall, patient sentiment towards Dr. Ward Neff is mixed, with a rating of 3.4 out of 5 based on six reviews. While some patients express high satisfaction with his care, others report negative experiences that significantly impact their perception of his practice. Common themes in praise include Dr. Neff's attentive bedside manner and his willingness to listen to patient concerns. Many patients appreciate the time he dedicates to appointments, with one long-term patient noting over ten years of positive experiences. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a supportive environment. Conversely, criticisms often focus on perceived rudeness and a lack of thoroughness in diagnosing and treating conditions. Several reviews mention instances where patients felt dismissed or inadequately cared for, particularly in urgent situations. Notably, one reviewer highlighted a distressing encounter involving an elderly relative, which led to a decision to seek care elsewhere. This dichotomy in patient experiences suggests that while Dr. Neff has a loyal patient base, potential new patients may want to consider these mixed reviews when deciding whether to schedule an appointment.
