Overall, patient sentiment regarding Dr. Paul Mason, MD, is mixed. While many patients express satisfaction with his medical expertise and the outcomes of their treatments, particularly in orthopedic procedures like shoulder surgeries and knee replacements, there are notable criticisms regarding the office staff and administrative processes. Patients frequently praise Dr. Mason for his thoroughness, attentiveness, and ability to effectively communicate with them. Many reviewers highlight his successful surgical outcomes, especially in cases of rotator cuff repairs and joint pain management, noting significant improvements in their conditions post-surgery. However, criticisms often center around the office staff's efficiency and customer service, with some patients reporting frustrating experiences related to appointment scheduling and office policies, particularly concerning workers' compensation claims. Notable specifics mentioned by patients include Dr. Mason's dedication to patient care and his willingness to listen to concerns, which contributes to a positive perception of his medical practice. However, the negative experiences with the office staff may deter some potential patients from seeking his services.
