Common themes in praise include Dr. Spencer's excellent ability to answer questions and provide clear instructions, both rated highly by patients. Many appreciate his friendly demeanor and the supportive attitude of his staff, which contributes to a positive atmosphere in the practice. However, criticisms are notable, particularly concerning the thoroughness of examinations and the amount of time spent with patients, both of which received lower ratings.
