Overall, patient sentiment towards Dr. Peter Novak, MD, is predominantly positive, with many patients expressing high satisfaction regarding their experiences. He has received a 5-star rating from a significant number of reviews, highlighting him as a "Patients' Top Choice." Common themes in praise include his thoroughness during examinations, clear communication, and the time he takes to answer questions. Patients appreciate his expertise in orthopedic issues, particularly in knee surgeries and joint pain management, and many commend the friendly and helpful nature of his staff. However, there are some criticisms noted in the reviews. A few patients have reported dissatisfaction with surgical outcomes, specifically mentioning complications and the need for corrective procedures by other doctors. These negative experiences seem to contrast with the otherwise positive feedback, suggesting that while many patients have had successful interactions, there are notable exceptions regarding surgical performance. Additionally, some reviews mention issues with scheduling flexibility and wait times, indicating areas where improvements could be made. In summary, Dr. Novak is generally well-regarded for his expertise and patient care, but potential patients should weigh the mixed feedback regarding surgical outcomes and office logistics when considering him for orthopedic treatment.
